We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated University Representative to join our dynamic marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to represent and promote the university programs, values, and opportunities to prospective students, parents, and educational partners in Mumbai.


This position is based out of Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Promotion:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students, parents, and educators in the assigned region.
  • Organize and attend recruitment events, such as university fairs, high school visits, webinars, and info sessions.
  • Provide detailed information on admissions processes, academic programs, scholarships, campus life, and unique opportunities at the university.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with counselors, agents, and educational partners.
  • Travel as needed for recruitment events, school visits, and outreach programs.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of previous work experience as a university representative or in B2B sales is mandatory.
  • The person has to be physically located in Mumbai.


  • Strong understanding of the U.S. higher education system, specifically top-tier institutions.
  • Proven ability to engage with diverse student populations and educational professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in [other languages relevant to the region] is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the University at various events.
