The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, and ensuring data accuracy for financial planning and decision-making.Key Responsibilities: ●Handle end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and journal entries. ●Manage GST filings, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate with auditors and consultants. ●Prepare, maintain, and analyzeManagement Information System (MIS)reports to support strategic decisions. ●Track and report P&L, cash flow, inventory, and other key financial metrics on a regular basis. ●Collaborate with operations, marketing, and supply chain teams for budgeting and forecasting. ●Work on cost optimization strategies and identify areas for financial efficiency. ●Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies. ●Provide actionable insights from financial and operational data for business growth.Requirements: ●Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter / MBA Finance is a plus). ●3-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts, specifically with a D2C e-commerce brandin the fashion/lifestyle sector. ●Strong knowledge ofMIS preparation, financial analysis, and data reporting. ●Proficiency in Excel and accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar ●Excellent understanding of e-commerce metrics, payment gateways, inventory accounting, and online reconciliations. ●Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving mindset. ●Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Perks of working with us: • Be part of a rapidly growing D2C brand • Core team exposure where your ideas genuinely matter • A fun and flexible work culture • Creative freedom and ownership • Fast career growth as the brand continues to scale • Opportunity to work in a lifestyle and fashion-first environment • Exclusive employee discounts on Mini Wesst products
