Job Description :

- We are looking for Project Manager to Manage Automation, BOT projects.

- Experience in Managing the Automation/BOT Projects,.

- Experience on any of the Automation ToolsAutomation Anywhere, UiPath, Blueprism etc.

- Monday to Friday, once in a week WFH.

- We are seeking a seasoned RPA Project Manager to lead our automation initiatives and ensure successful delivery of BOT projects.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing automation projects, a deep understanding of RPA tools, and strong leadership and communication skills.


Responsibilities :


Project Management :


- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.


- Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables within budget and scope.


- Manage project stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. RPA Tool


Expertise :


- Have hands-on experience with at least one of the leading RPA tools (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blueprism).


- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Evaluate and recommend RPA tools and technologies.


Process Analysis and Design :


- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.


- Design and document RPA workflows and processes.


Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to ensure accurate process understanding.


Team Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers and analysts.


- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Develop and manage the team's performance and skills.


Quality Assurance :


- Establish and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.


- Conduct testing and validation of RPA solutions.


- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications :


- 5-10 years of experience in RPA project management.


- Proven track record of successful RPA project delivery.


- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies.


- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
