The firm has a huge client base in South India and has successfully delivered services to meet clients' requisites with perfection.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Trademark Associate at L.R.Swami Co. located in Chennai.The Trademark Associate will be responsible for handling a wide range of trademark matters including drafting of trademark applications, drafting cease and desist notices, attending show cause hearings, trademark prosecution, trademark portfolio management (Preferably candidates with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in an IP law firm)Qualifications- Strong understanding of Trademark Law, - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Law
