Flurn's mission is to enable convenient access to holistic learning programs that nurture important 21st century skills. We do this with fun & engaging programs across music, dance, sports, and fitness categories. Our learning programs are designed in-house and are delivered in-person by high quality, well trained instructors.
Flurn's unique approach is to partner with apartment complexes & gated communities to bring our programs directly to the customer staying there. We are India's largest community learning company ,offering 10+ programs across 3 cities in 300+ apartment communities.
Role Description
The BD associate is a critical sales role in our Sales & Business development team, responsible for end-to-end ownership of Flurn's offline group classes that are launched in newly onboarded apartments.
This is a high growth, high intensity role suitable for candidates who are interested in building a career in Sales & Marketing or Business development.
What you'll do
- Onboard partner apartments and support the sales cycle from marketing to launch.
- Partner & participate in BTL marketing activities , explain Flurn programs and generate interest and drive enquires through marketing events.
- Identifying group class opportunities based on the enquiries and pitch interested customers to join us for free demo classes and eventually convert them to paid enrollments.
- Build trusted, long term relationships with your customers to drive additional referrals , launch newer programs and build goodwill for Flurn.
- Learn and use sales tools including CRM systems, BI Dashboards & Google sheets to plan and execute sales plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering / Business preferred
- High energy, never-say-die attitude and willingness to learn rapidly.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Mandatory - Your own private transportation vehicle (2 wheeler preferred) for client meetings, marketing events and prospecting.
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills coupled with a passion for sales.
- Goal-oriented and independent worker
Compensation
- Our compensation varies based on candidate's experience and interview performance and will be in the range of 4.2 LPA to 5.0 LPA with unlimited upside on monthly performance payout.
