Role: AEM Content Author (Process Solution)Experience: 5-8 yearsLocation: Bangalore / Gurgaon / Noida / PuneImmediate joiners onlyKey Responsibilities- Create, update, and publish web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) using predefined templates and components. - Upload, manage, and maintain digital assets (images, PDFs, documents) within AEM Assets. - Ensure all content follows brand, SEO, and accessibility guidelines. - Enter and maintain metadata, tags, and alt text for all content elements. - Work with UX/design teams to ensure pages match visual and structural requirements. - Execute content updates during sprints or release cycles with high accuracy and speed. - Perform basic QA checks on authored pages across devices and breakpoints. - Collaborate with content leads, localization teams, and QA teams to ensure timely publishing. - Follow established authoring workflows, versioning, and publishing processes.Required Skills & Experience- 4+ years of hands-on experience with AEM Sites authoring. - Familiarity with AEM components, content fragments, experience fragments, and basic page layout. - Ability to follow structured workflows and operate within a multi-author environment. - Strong attention to detail, especially with formatting, content accuracy, and visual consistency. - Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals (title, description, headings, alt text). - Experience in CMS-driven web content editing and maintenance. - Good communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Nice-to-Have- Experience in large-scale or multi-region website programs. - Comfort working in agile teams and following sprint processes. - Exposure to translation/localization workflows.
