Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Collections Specialist (US) at RFS Business Solutions. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for debt collection, cash collection, customer service, and maintaining communication with clients to ensure timely payments and resolution of outstanding balances.


Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Understanding of Finance principles
  • Experience in collections or related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools



Salary -20-22k Depending upon the Experience
