We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a US Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and helping us hire top talent for our US clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and screening candidates for US client positions
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies
- Recent graduate or fresher with an interest in recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in BE/BTech/MCA/BSc (IT) or MBA with basic technical understanding
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours)
- A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
