Talasha has been mandated to hire a Manager- Tax Consultant for a Mergers & Acquisition Tax advisory profile for one of India's leading transaction advisory firms, based in bangalore. This boutique consulting firm specializes in M&A tax and structuring services for diverse domestic and multi-national clients.Responsibilities -Structuring potential mergers and acquisition (M&A) deals.Undertaking slump sales, share transfers, merger, demergers and restructuring activities.Tax diligence services, advising on tax implications for the corporate in the mergers dealStart up, real estate & ecommerce advisory services, with focused industry insights.Fund structuring and advisory services -transaction advisory in relation to fund raises, shareholder realignments and investor exits. Also assist in the implementation of an efficient structure.Business model advisory services, handling negotiations with strategic investors, spot deal issues, identify economic constraints & risk appetite from the perspective of strategic and private equity investorsFamily succession planning structures.Good to have -Qualified Chartered AccountantAt least 2 years post qualification experience in tax consultancy from Big 6 (PWC, Deloitte, E&Y, KPMG, etc)Solid understanding of Direct Taxation / M&As in diverse industriesCTC - Rs. 17-24LPA (Basis last drawn)Location - Bangalore
