Job Description: MIS Reporting Analyst – Retail
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical MIS Reporting Analyst to join our retail operations team. This role is crucial for interpreting data and providing insights that will drive strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of retail analytics tools and methodologies with a strong proficiency in Looker, MicroStrategy, XRBI Store Force, and Tulip Clienteling systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker and MicroStrategy. Utilize XRBI Store Force to analyze store performance metrics and optimize workforce deployment. Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to enhance customer engagement using Tulip Clienteling. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analytics platforms.Strategic Insights and Reporting:
Provide actionable insights to drive business decisions and improve retail operations. Prepare regular MIS reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends identified through Looker and MicroStrategy. Use XRBI Store Force data to support strategic staffing and store management decisions. Implement and manage Tulip Clienteling strategies to improve customer relationships and increase sales.Technical Skills and System Management:
Master the use of Looker for creating intuitive visualizations and complex analytical models. Employ MicroStrategy for advanced data aggregation, manipulation, and reporting. Manage XRBI Store Force implementation and customization according to our specific retail operational needs. Leverage Tulip Clienteling to provide a personalized shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. Train and support retail staff on the use of MIS tools, particularly focusing on the functionalities of Tulip Clienteling and XRBI Store Force.
Job Qualifications
You also have:
Graduation ideally in Comp Science. Excellent knowledge of MIS Reporting (Macros, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong oral and written communication.-
