Offline Sales Lead

The Offline Sales Lead will be responsible for driving offline sales by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and executing sales strategies independently. This role is target-driven and requires strong networking, negotiation, and execution skills without direct team management responsibilities.


● Develop and execute offline sales strategies to achieve business targets and market penetration.

● Identify and onboard new customers through field visits, events, and partnerships.

● Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

● Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

● Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through offline initiatives.

● Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support offline campaigns and ensure smooth execution.

● Implement sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and performance tracking.

● Ensure adherence to compliance, pricing policies, and company guidelines.


What we’re looking for:


● Prior experience in a sales role, preferably within the construction/ Real Estate industry

● Experience and passion for engaging with customers, helping to create a culture that fosters perpetual improvement

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

● The capacity to identify challenges or obstacles in the sales process and develop creative solutions to overcome them
