This role involves validating ETL workflows, reconciling data across systems, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to uphold data quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing test strategies, creating reusable test assets, and automating validation processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement comprehensivetest plans ,test cases , andtest scenariosfor ETL pipelines Create and maintaintest certificatesand validation documentation for audit and compliance purposes Performdata reconciliationandvalidation checksacross multiple systems and sources Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve data mismatches and transformation issues Automate test execution using scripting tools and frameworks Conductregression ,integration , andperformance testingfor data workflows Document defects and track resolution through version control and issue tracking systems SupportUATand production validation efforts with business stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience inETL testingand data validation Proficiency inSQLandGoogle BigQueryfor data analysis and test design Familiarity withPythonor other scripting languages for test automation Understanding ofApache Airflowand ETL orchestration tools Experience withGitHubor similar tools for version control and collaboration Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Nice to Have Exposure toCI/CD pipelinesandDevOpspractices Experience withcloud platformslike AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity withdata warehousinganddata governanceprinciples
