Introduction :

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions. Mostly looking for 10+ years and expert-level (5/5) skills in key SAP FI/CO areas like:

S/4HANA

General Ledger, Intercompany, Reconciliations

AR + SD, AP + MM

Cash Management (FSCM)

TMS Interface setup

Compliance, DRC, SAF-T

Strong English (written + spoken)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of the SAP FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) module.
  • Work closely with business users to understand business processes and requirements related to finance and controlling.
  • Configure SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules based on business requirements.
  • Integrate SAP FICO with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) for seamless functionality.
  • Provide solutions to complex issues in the SAP FICO module, focusing on financial and controlling areas.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide support in resolving user issues and process improvement.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and user manuals.
  • Support system testing, migration, and Go-Live phases.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations through SAP FICO configuration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO modules.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling principles, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centers, Profit Centers, and internal orders.
  • SAP S/4HANA or ECC experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex business issues using SAP FICO solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and controlling areas.
  • Ability to document configurations, write functional specifications, and support testing cycles.
  • Experience with SAP FICO migrations, upgrades, or enhancements is a plus.

Desirable Certifications :

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Financial Accounting (FI)
  • SAP Certified Application Associate - Controlling (CO)

Experience :

  • Previous experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
