We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Proposal Writer to join our Bid & Pre-Sales team and support in developing compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Support the proposal team in creating, editing, and formatting RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, presentations, and supporting documents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing) to gather relevant content for proposals. - Maintain and update the proposal content repository and templates for future use. - Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company branding and standards. - Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industries to strengthen proposal responses. - Assist in drafting executive summaries and customized responses that highlight Clovity's strengths. - Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted within deadlines.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, pre-sales support, or content creation (IT/Tech domain preferred). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to format professional documents. - Understanding of RFP/RFI processes will be an added advantage. - Ability to work effectively during EST hours and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Clovity- Exposure to global clients and enterprise-level bids. - Opportunity to learn from experienced pre-sales and delivery leaders. - Fast-paced and collaborative work culture. - Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities.
