What You'll Do?- Build daily dashboards for voice, SMS, and email performance funnels.- Develop account-specific benchmarks for onboarding, activation, and expansion stages.- Identify gaps and trends using historical data analysis.- Run predictive models for rollbacks, cure rates, and recovery likelihood.- Prepare QA sampling and reporting for agent call reviews.- Partner with PMs and Portfolio Managers on A/B test results and campaign pivots.What Were Looking For?- 2-3 years of analytics experience in fintech, collections, or SaaS.- Strong technical skills: Advanced SQL, Excel (macros, pivot tables), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).- Familiarity with AI/ML-based predictive analytics a plus.- Knowledge of data privacy and secure handling protocols.- Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills (ref:iimjobs.com)
