What You'll Do
- Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for new projects and prospects, focusing on logistics or finance modules.
- Requirements Analysis: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications for Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
- Module & Add-on Integration: Make recommendations for, and potentially implement, other Business Central modules and relevant 3rd-party add-ons to enhance client solutions.
- User Training & Enablement: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end-users on how to effectively utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring smooth adoption and maximizing their investment.
- Client Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for our customers, guiding them to make the best use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline their operations and achieve their business goals.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and resolve functional issues, ensuring the stability and optimal performance of client solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of practical implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV, specifically within logistics or finance domains.
- In-house Background: Proven in-house implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is highly preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong and confident communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving & Recommendations: Ability to analyze client needs, make sound recommendations for module extensions or add-ons, and potentially lead their implementation.
- Training Acumen: Demonstrated ability to train end-users effectively on ERP software.
- Customer-Centricity: A genuine passion for supporting customers and helping them leverage technology for growth
