We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple openings.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (e.g., Recruiter, BambooHR).

Preferred:

  • Experience in hiring for technical or specialized roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
