Mutifly Travel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Travel Coordinator to join our back-end team. As a Senior Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in crafting bespoke travel experiences for our clients, managing travel itineraries, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless execution of travel plans. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer service.



Key Responsibilities:


  1. Customize Tour Packages: Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget constraints to create tailor-made tour packages that exceed expectations. 
  2. Travel Itinerary Management: Develop detailed travel itineraries outlining activities, accommodations, transportation, and other relevant information, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.  
  3. Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with various vendors including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and activity providers. Negotiate contracts, secure bookings, and oversee the quality of services provided. 
  4. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing travel recommendations, and offering support throughout the booking process and during their travel.
  5. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise before, during, or after the trip, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 
  6. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all travel arrangements, including contracts, invoices, and client preferences, to facilitate efficient communication and future trip planning.  
  7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, destination developments, and emerging travel opportunities to enhance the company's offerings and competitiveness.  


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry.
  • Proficiency in travel management software and tools, such as GDS (Global Distribution Systems), CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
