Key Responsibilities:- Promote and sell capital equipment (tablet presses, blister packing machines, coating systems, etc.) to pharmaceutical manufacturers. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Indore and Ahmedabad regions. - Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits. - Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Projects, Service) to deliver customized solutions. - Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and close sales deals. - Maintain strong post-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.Requirements:- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. - 2–5 years of experience in capital equipment sales to pharma or process industries. - Strong technical acumen and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Knowledge of pharma manufacturing processes is a plus.
