Ecoforge Advisors - Analyst (Financial Analysis and Consulting)

We are looking to hire an Analyst (0-2 years of relevant work experience) with work experience in clean energy/climate change/electric mobility/circular economy industries. Strong skills in financial analysis, financial modeling, transaction advisory and management consulting with a focus on clean energy, and/or climate/green finance is preferred.

This position is a full-time role based in our office in Bangalore, and may require limited amount of work-related travel domestically and also possibly internationally.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- The role is ideal for someone with about 0-2 years of relevant work experience in clean energy/sustainability/electric mobility/circular economy/climate and green finance sectors. Ideal candidates would have an MBA (Finance) degree or a Masters degree in Finance or related programs or a CFA certification (ideally should have cleared all 3 levels of CFA, but those that have cleared 1-2 levels may also apply). Candidates with relevant Bachelors degrees and relevant work experience will also be considered.

- Candidate should be able to build robust financial models and data analysis in excel, develop concise and insightful research reports and powerpoint presentations and must possess excellent spoken and written communication skills in English. Other language skills (French, German, Spanish) will be advantage but not essential.

- Candidates must have strong analytical skills, and an ability to work in teams as well as independently. The candidate should possess a curious mind, be a self-starter, keen learner and adaptable.

Salary Range: CTC of INR 7-9 Lakhs per annum for Analyst position
