This role requires deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits, strong solution architecture capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.This is a contract engagement for an initial six-month duration, with a strong possibility of extension.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits for large, multi-country organizationsEngage with global business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery workshops, and translate business needs into scalable solution designsConfigure and customize global benefits programs, eligibility rules, enrollment workflows, and vendor integrations within SuccessFactorsDesign and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring accuracy and regulatory complianceAct as a subject matter expert on global benefits processes, statutory requirements, and SAP SuccessFactors best practicesDeliver training to end users and support teams to ensure smooth adoption and operational readinessCollaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and data exchangeProvide post-go-live support, including issue resolution, defect management, and enhancement implementationMaintain detailed documentation covering configurations, testing results, and support proceduresStay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending process and system improvementsRequirementsMinimum 10+ years of overall SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central Global BenefitsProven experience leading global or multi-country benefits implementations for large enterprisesStrong understanding of benefits program design, eligibility rules, enrollment processes, and regulatory complianceHands-on experience with MDF-driven frameworks within SAP SuccessFactorsAbility to independently lead solution architecture discussions and client workshopsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teamsExperience working in contract or consulting-based delivery modelsAvailability for a 6-month engagement, with flexibility for extensionSkills & TechnologiesSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Global Benefits, MDF Framework, Global Benefits Configuration, Benefits Eligibility Rules, Enrollment Management, Third-Party Integrations, Testing & Validation, Regulatory Compliance, Solution Architecture, Client Workshops, Stakeholder Management, Documentation, Post-Go-Live Support
