Description :- Proficient in Python programming with strong knowledge of data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy)- Understanding of latest trends in AI/GenAI and building proof of concept using new solutions- Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn)- Working knowledge of developing projects using VBA, development / modification and deployment.- Familiarity with SQL databases and data warehousing concepts- Self-starter with the ability to pick-up new concepts and skills quickly- Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. - Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, including the ability to maintain top quality work while meeting tight deadlines- Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management- A high level of comfort working with ambiguity or uncertainty and converting information into action plans- Proven track record of applying data analytics to solve business problems- Prior experience in consulting or business analysis roles is highly desired- Develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.- AI & LLM Integration : Design and deploy AI models, including LLMs, for use in in a financial business operation.- Agentic AI Systems : Develop autonomous agents capable of chaining tasks such as financial data analysis, summarization, reconciliations and commenting, OCR and Rules Engines, and workflow automation- SML Applications : Build and validate statistical models for forecasting, risk analysis, and operational optimization.- Prompt Engineering & RAG : Fine-tune prompts and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to improve model accuracy and contextual relevance.- Compliance & Governance : Collaborate with AI SWAT and risk committees to ensure models meet legal, privacy, and policy standards- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with IT, data science, and business teams to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable solution.Job Expectations :- 8+years - Experience working in a large financial services company, preferably with Commercial Real Estate- Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using Python libraries like Pandas and NumPy.- Working project knowledge on AI, LLM, SML, Agents- Knowledge and understanding of data visualization & reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Python)- Expert or Advanced level Microsoft Office skills.- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important- Exceptional execution, project management and organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to diverse audiences- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams (ref:hirist.tech)
