We at Coforge are hiring Appian Developers with the following skillset:

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Appian application development & support of BPM-based solutions.
• Should be skilled in technologies like Appian 19.x, Appian 20.x, 21.X & above.
• Should be skilled in databases such as Microsoft SQL Server & MySQL, web services (SOAP/REST), HTML, XML, JSON & tools like JIRA, Confluence & Rally.
• Experience in leading application support engagements, monitoring progress, tracking metrics & ensuring application performance & availability.
• Experience with system integration, mobile application development, portal applications & extended interface applications using the Appian suite.
• Appian certification (L1/L2/L3) is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience in production application support & development, strong problem-solving skills & knowledge of Appian architecture, best practices & BPMN standards.
• Experience in Appian plug-in development & system integrations in both in-house & cloud-hosted environments.
• Proficiency in relational database management systems, data modeling, database design & SQL.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, adept at stakeholder management.
