Our platform is used by enterprises to manage debt collections, and design plays a core role in shaping trust, clarity, and usability across workflows.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) who will own the end-to-end design experience across our web application. This role is focused on high-quality interface design, scalable component systems, and user-centered workflows. You will work closely with product manager, engineers, customer teams, and leadership to translate concepts into intuitive interfaces and maintain a cohesive visual system across the product.Your primary tool is Figma, and your output will drive the future visual and interaction language of our platform.Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end UI/UX design process from problem definition to high-fidelity output - Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI screens in Figma - Develop and maintain a scalable Design System and reusable component library - Conduct and incorporate user research, usability feedback, and data insights into design iterations - Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure accurate front-end implementation - Work with product managers to define requirements, edge cases, and interaction states - Advocate for design quality, clarity, accessibility, and experience consistency - Contribute to product discovery and long-term UX strategy for enterprise workflowsRequirements- 3-6 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally for SaaS or complex web products - Solid foundation in UX/UI principles and design processes - Expert-level proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping) - Strong foundation in visual hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and UI clarity - Ability to simplify complex product workflows into intuitive interactions - Experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System - Understanding of responsive patterns and web constraints - Strong communication and feedback exchange skills - Ability to collaborate asynchronously and work with distributed teamsNice to Have- Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS to support smoother dev handoff - Experience designing enterprise dashboards, workflow tools, or admin systemsCultural DNA- High personal ownership and bias toward action - Direct, clear communication - Thrives in a fast-moving, iterative startup environment - Values precision, simplicity, and future-ready design - Delivers without needing micromanagementCompensation and Commitment- Competitive compensation aligned with skill and experience - High-growth path: Senior UI/UX Designer Lead UI/UX (Product) Designer (Team Builder)
