Description & Responsibilities :Network Architecture & Implementation : - Design and implement reference network architecture for new sites, ensuring redundancy, security, and scalability. - Deploy routers, switches, firewalls, and access points with appropriate VLANs and SSIDS for secure and guest access.Configuration & Troubleshooting : - Configure and manage Extreme Networks Access Points. - Troubleshoot VoIP phone connectivity issues, specifically resolving IP configuration acquisition problems. - Upgrade Fortinet Switch Firmware across multiple locations.Security & Cloud Integration : - Implement and manage TACACS+ for switch security authentication. - Develop and execute an implementation plan for SonicWall Virtual Firewalls in Azure.Wireless & Redundancy Management : - Configure and maintain redundant Cisco 3504 Wireless Controllers to ensure high :- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).- Experience : Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering.- Certifications (Preferred) : CCNP, Fortinet NSE, Extreme Networks Certification, or equivalent.- Technical Expertise in :1. Cisco, Fortinet, SonicWall, Extreme Networks2. VLANs, SSIDs, Routing & Switching3. Wireless Controller Configuration & Redundancy4. Firewall Deployment & Security Policies (ref:hirist.tech)
