Role Summary :
We are hiring a sales and marketing professional to define and execute the strategy to grow the international business in line with the vision and values of the company.
Pre-requisites for consideration of candidature:
- Graduate /MBA from a reputed college
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile
- Proven track record in managing HCF partnerships and delivering sales targets.
- Openness to travel abroad as needed
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish key relationships with embassies, HCF Partners and medical tourism companies to generate leads /conversions.
2. Organize facilitators meet and medical camps in embassies/ medical tourism companies.
3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
4. Conduct OPDs outside India to drive international business. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our clinical services.
5. Manage payouts of facilitators and medical tourism companies
6. Analyse and present periodic sales reports/dashboards to the leadership team
7. Gather feedback and insights from current /prospective customers and share the same with internal teams
8. Handhold patients during their OPD or admission patients to ensure smooth experience.
9. Work closely with the centre doctors and operations team to deliver common goals.
