Core Responsibilities : - Develop, manage, and optimize visualizations, dashboards, and reporting tools to support clinical and business operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.- Perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting, utilizing tools like Spotfire, Python, and Oracle PL/SQL.- Manage user access, permissions, and system documentation for analytics platforms.- Lead best practice adoption in analytics and visualization, acting as the organizations subject matter expert.- Respond to stakeholder requests, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of analytical outputs.Technical Skills : - Advanced Spotfire dashboard creation, complex data blending, embedded analytics, action filters, parameters.- Strong SQL (Oracle PL/SQL) skills for querying and optimizing large datasets.- Complex data transformation and wrangling with Python (Pandas, NumPy), R, scikit.- Demonstrated experienced and adaptability with other visualisation tools.- Familiarity with Argus Safety Database and safety metrics.- Experience with sophisticated analysis (e. signal detection) is a plus.- Understanding of data modelling.- Understanding of data governance.
