Responsibilities

Quality sourcing of salary accounts from empanelled corporates Managing salary portfolio, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance , Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP etc. Ensure 100% salary credits in all accounts sourced within M+1 month Corporate employee engagement activities Participate in corporate induction and migration events Resolve salary account related queries within stipulated time & provide feedback to supervisor

Requirements

Graduate/Post-graduate with min 3-5 years of relevant experience Ready to travel and goal oriented Must be a good listener and presenter Excellent verbal and written communication skills Deep Banking knowledge Good network in the market Computer and digital savvy
