You would be building horizontal end-to-end billing solution that is generic and extensible to diverse digital businesses. If you have an insatiable thirst to learn - you'll absolutely love this jobKey job responsibilities As a member of the team, you will : - Be responsible for software development for new product initiatives and features - Investigate, prototype and deliver new and innovative system solutions - Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality software and keep improving the process for efficiency and effectivenessA day in the life In a typical day, you will be working with a team of engineers working on a variety of products ranging from AI Assistant that automates workflows for Enterprise Billing, creating billing solutions, managing various tasks and automation. You will be working with Products Managers and stakeholders worldwide to create and execute a strong roadmap of products and platform capabilities. A close partnership with other engineering teams will be very critical. You will also be extremely curious about learning and incorporating the latest developments in generative AI to develop products that deliver agentic AI solutions.About the team Devices & Services Enterprise Billing (DEB) Organization is chartered to enable Billing for Enterprise customers of Alexa. Team is responsible for building and evolving Alexa Enterprise Billing. Established in 2022, Alexa Billing Solution (ABS) now D&S Enterprise Billing (DEB) offers Enterprise grade Billing Platform.The teams in India will independently own and deliver products for Alexa Enterprise customers. The India team consist of Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, SDEs, and Software Development Manager. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
