Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Cluster Manager located in Hyderabad. The Associate Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations within their cluster, ensure client satisfaction, and manage stakeholder relationships.

- Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, coordinating with team members, and implementing business strategies to drive growth and efficiency

Qualifications: Ability to manage and lead teams effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in operational management and performance tracking. Proficiency in implementing business strategies. Knowledge of financial services or Banking sector is a plus.

- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's would be a plus. Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
