Chartered Accountant


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage our clients' accounting, taxation, and compliance needs.

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements, and capable of providing advisory and operational support.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day accounting for multiple clients.

- Prepare and review financial statements as per Indian GAAP.

- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.

- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks.

- Assist in ROC filings, company incorporation, and secretarial work.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors and tax consultants.

- Advise clients on tax planning, regulatory updates, and cost optimization.

- Support Korean clients in understanding Indian financial systems (Korean language knowledge is a plus, not mandatory).

Mandatory Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 03 - 05 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, Income Tax plannings, IND AS and accounting standards.

- Proficient in Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

- Knowledge of Korean language or experience with Korean clients is an advantage
