About the Role:

411 Locals is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Enterprise Architect to join our leadership team. As a key member of the executive team, reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Senior Solutions Architect will collaborate with IT leadership, Explore leaders, and operational leaders across 411 Locals’ divisions and departments. The goal is to deliver internal and/or external technology solutions required to achieve our business objectives, particularly our transition to a SaaS model.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision and roadmap for shifting the 411 Locals business model to a SaaS model.
  • Manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing cross-functional IT project team responsible for executing the new SaaS business model across the business and IT functions.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver automations through AI and system automation to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to ensure alignment on the new model and execution.
  • Establish best-practice dashboards, KPIs, and measurements, ensuring that all IT investments in new technology and processes deliver results.
  • Partner with business unit owners and key departments to build and deploy IT technology solutions to achieve growth goals.
  • Create and maintain an IT monthly, quarterly, and annual roadmap process to effectively manage the shift to the new SaaS model.
  • Drive the IT due diligence evaluation of new systems, tools, and automation opportunities.
  • Evaluate business unit IT system processes and identify and recommend areas for optimization for growth expansion and cost reduction.
  • Ensure IT technology, compliance, and operations policies and procedures for new technology, including documentation and reporting, are recorded appropriately.
  • Perform special projects and global projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience with 3+ years in senior-level leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer information systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of information technology and IT services, including SaaS, AI, eCommerce platforms, cybersecurity practices, and techniques to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of systems, data, telephony, and resources.
  • Proven experience in building SaaS products from concept to launch.
  • At least 5 years of experience in iterating and improving SaaS products on a scheduled basis.
  • Proven project management experience in planning and executing enterprise-level IT projects.
  • In-depth experience in IT technology strategy, analysis, and planning.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness with confidential data.
  • Working knowledge of current AI trends and tools, communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • High-level knowledge and familiarity with software development using open-source technologies such as PHP, Python, MySQL, and Git.
  • Linux server architecture; LAMP environments, both virtual and physical.
  • Experience with communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies, AI capabilities, big data management, eCommerce platforms, and cloud-based services using AWS (preferred) or Google Cloud.
  • Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) experience preferred.
