Role - Project Manager

Experience - 10+ Years

Work Location - Coimbatore (WFO)

Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days


  • Overall 10+ years in development with minimum of 3+ Experienced Power Platform Program Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Power Platform solutions and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives (Experience in BI will be preferred) across geographies. This role will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of projects, from ideation to deployment, ensuring that data-driven solutions align with business goals and drive value for the end customer.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage end-to-end Power Platform projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Support Presales activities to drive new opportunities.

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI dashboards, and other related tools.

Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet quality standards.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather requirements and design solutions.

Provide technical training and support to internal development team members on Power Platform tools

Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and training materials.

Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Power Platform maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Present project status, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and other BI tools(preferred).

Strong understanding of data governance, data architecture, and data security principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.

Experience with data visualization best practices and tools
