Description :SAP FICO Consultant (Pharma/MNC)Role Overview :The SAP FICO Consultant is a senior functional expert role requiring at least 10 years of experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling functional area, specializing in the Pharma Industry for an MNC client.This position is responsible for providing deep expertise in all FICO sub-modules, ensuring effective integration with other SAP Modules (SD, MM, BI), and managing relationships with internal business customers.The incumbent will focus on strategic solution design, complex problem-solving, and implementation, leveraging proficiency in SAP S/4HANA/SAP ECC environments.Job Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Consultant (10+ years) with extensive hands-on expertise across all FICO sub-modules (AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, and PC). The ideal candidate must possess deep functional knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes, coupled with strong experience in Supply Chain Product Costing. Experience in the Pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors, along with proven ability to manage complex business requirements definition and solution implementation, is mandatory.Key Responsibilities and Functional Deliverables :- FICO Functional Mastery: Provide expertise and extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in all FICO modules including AR (Accounts Receivable), AP (Accounts Payable), AA (Asset Accounting), GL (General Ledger), PCA (Profit Center Accounting), CCA (Cost Center Accounting), COPA (Controlling Profitability Analysis), and PC (Product Costing).- Core ERP and Integration: Utilize Deep knowledge of ERP Core Modules and Process Flows. Ensure effective Integration with other SAP Modules (SD - Sales and Distribution, MM - Materials Management, BI - Business Intelligence).- Supply Chain & Costing: Demonstrate Strong experience in Supply chain Product Costing experience, including defining cost components, cost estimates, and analyzing variances.- System Configuration: Be Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA/SAP ECC configuration, integration, and support, implementing best practices for financial and controlling processes.- Interface Management: Build the SAP Inbound / outbound interface with third party systems to facilitate seamless data exchange between SAP and external applications.- Business Analysis and Solution Design: Possess Proven experience in facilitating the definition of business requirements from internal customers and designing and implementing solutions, including processes and managing change.- Stakeholder Management: Experience with managing relationships with internal business customers and demonstrating the ability to solve complex business problems in a regulated environment.Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in SAP FICO functional area.- FICO Modules: Extensive hands-on knowledge in AR, AP, AA, GL, PCA, CCA, COPA, and PC.- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA/SAP ECC configuration, integration, and support.- Functional Knowledge: Expert Functional Knowledge of Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report end-to-end processes.- Cross-Module Integration: Experience integrating FICO with SD, MM, and BI.- Industry Experience: Mandatory Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare applications experience.Preferred Skills :- Strong experience in Supply chain Product Costing experience.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.- Experience with managing external interfaces.
