We’re a service-based entity headed by Shubhankar Nath↗ focussing on 360-degree solutions in the digital space inclusive of but not limited to marketing, advertising, and tech (innovation). We started back in June 2018, and we’re currently a team of 80+ individuals, continuously growing and hiring across the board. 


As a Motion Designer at Razorpod, you will collaborate with a cross-functional creative team to design and animate motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including social media, online ads, websites, and video content. You will play a crucial role in translating client objectives into visually engaging and high-impact motion designs. 


Key Responsibilities 


  • Create, design, and animate compelling motion graphics for advertising campaigns, videos, and digital assets. 
  • Work closely with the creative team (graphic designers, copywriters, and art directors) to ensure designs align with the overall vision and brand guidelines. 
  • Assist in the ideation and development of creative concepts for motion-based projects. 
  • Translate static designs into dynamic animations that capture audience attention and drive engagement. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in design, video production, and digital advertising. 
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality work within project timelines and deadlines. 
  • Optimize motion content for various digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) to ensure consistent performance and user experience. 
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and actively contribute to the creative process. 


Qualifications 


  • 2-3 years of experience as a Motion Designer, preferably within an advertising or creative agency environment. 
  • Proficient in industry-standard design and animation software, such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design work, including 2D animations, kinetic typography, and digital advertisements. 
  • Solid understanding of design principles (color theory, typography, composition). 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, handle feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Familiarity with video production, editing techniques, and sound design integration. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality. 
  • Knowledge of current trends in digital advertising and a passion for creative innovation.
