The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading R&D projects, developing innovative drug delivery solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires a deep understanding of pharmaceutical sciences, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Lead the research and development of new drug delivery systems and pharmaceutical formulations.

2.Develop and optimize nanotechnology-based solutions for targeted drug delivery and improved therapeutic outcomes.

3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of R&D activities with clinical and commercial strategies.

4.Manage the preparation, submission, and maintenance of regulatory documentation in compliance with international standards.

5.Conduct patent searches, prepare patent applications, and work closely with legal teams to protect intellectual property.

6.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to drive innovation.

7.Oversee laboratory experiments, data analysis, and documentation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of results.

8.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and team members.

9.Present research findings at scientific conferences and publish in peer-reviewed journals.

10.Maintain strong relationships with external partners, including academic institutions, regulatory bodies, and industry experts.


Qualifications:


•PhD or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, or a related field.

•Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug delivery, R&D of pharmaceutical ingredients, nanotechnology, and regulatory affairs.

•Proven track record in patent preparation and intellectual property management.

•Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, and other regulatory guidelines.

•Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
