Job Description:.

- Position Summary: We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Specialist with a strong background in the FMCG, lifestyle, and beauty sectors.

- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful PR campaigns, building relationships with key media outlets, and enhancing brand reputation.

- As a PR Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic PR plans, managing media relations, and producing high-quality content that reflects our brand's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to support the company's business objectives in the FMCG, lifestyle, and beauty sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to secure media coverage.

- Manage and respond to media inquiries, including crisis communication.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage and PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to management.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, social media, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

- Plan and coordinate press events, product launches, and other PR-related activities.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve PR efforts.

- Manage PR budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize Graduation or post graduation in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1-5 years of experience in public relations, with a focus on FMCG, lifestyle, or beauty industries.

- Proven success in developing and executing PR campaigns that generate media coverage and enhance brand reputation.

- Strong media relations skills with an extensive network of industry contacts.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
