Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our

dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating

new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound lead generation

strategies. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and strong communication

abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


● Prospecting and Lead Generation:

● Conduct research to identify potential leads and target companies using various tools

and platforms.

● Generate leads through email campaigns, cold calling, social media, and networking.

● Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.

● Lead Nurturing:

● Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up

communications.

● Provide relevant information and resources to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

● Data Management:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in the CRM system.

● Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.

● Collaboration:

● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share

insights.

● Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new lead generation tactics and

improve existing processes.

● Market Research:

● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

● Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.

● Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.

● Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in the IT Sales.

● Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.

● Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
