Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a proven track record of working on at least one S/4 HANA implementation. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience collaborating with various global clients and a strong understanding of key financial and controlling processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead end-to-end (E2E) implementation projects, encompassing the blueprint phase, configuration, testing, and end-user training.

- Manage the rollout and enhancement of specific modules within the FICO domain, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project objectives.

- Provide expert-level knowledge in the configuration and integration of various FICO modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of the FICO modules.

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition and ongoing operational success.

- Assist in system and process documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Qualifications:-

- Proven experience in at least one S/4 HANA implementation project.

- Demonstrated ability to work on various FICO modules, including General Ledger, AR, AP, Bank Accounting, and Asset Accounting.

- Strong expertise in E2E project lifecycles and the ability to guide clients through the process.

- Prior experience with specific module rollouts (e.g., FSCM, bank interfaces) is beneficial but does not qualify as full E2E implementation experience.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills for client interaction and problem-solving.
