We’re backed by a mission-driven team and expanding rapidly – now’s the time to join the core leadership and build something impactful from the ground up.Role OverviewThe SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Gintaa’s overall SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, enhance discoverability, and boost conversions. The role requires a strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with brand and business goals. - Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and industry landscape studies. - Drive organic traffic and improve search rankings for high-value keywords across local and national markets. - Optimize both website and app store listings (ASO) to improve discoverability and conversions.On-Page & Off-Page Optimization- Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, schema markup, URL structure, content optimization, internal linking, and page speed improvement. - Manage off-page activities like link building, outreach, and authority-building initiatives. - Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, landing pages, and micro-content.Technical SEO- Conduct regular technical audits to identify and fix crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, sitemaps, redirects, Core Web Vitals, etc. - Collaborate with product/tech teams to implement SEO best practices on-site and in the app. - Ensure proper tracking implementation (GA4, GSC, tag managers, heatmaps).Analytics & Reporting- Monitor daily/weekly performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other tools. - Provide actionable insights, dashboards, and monthly reports highlighting keyword performance, traffic trends, and improvement opportunities. - Continuously test and experiment to improve organic conversion rates.Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with content, product, design, and engineering teams to execute SEO initiatives. - Coordinate with marketing and social teams for integrated campaigns and content support. - Guide content creators on SEO best practices and content gaps.Required Skills & Qualifications- 4–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in a consumer-internet, e-commerce, app-based, or food-delivery environment. - Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and latest SEO trends. - Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, etc. - Experience with technical SEO audits, HTML basics, schema markups, and site architecture. - Solid understanding of content strategy, keyword planning, and search intent mapping. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert data into actionable insights. - Experience collaborating with developers and product teams for SEO implementation. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.Bonus / Preferred Skills- Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO) for Android and iOS. - Knowledge of local SEO strategies, especially for multi-city or hyperlocal brands. - Familiarity with heatmap and CRO tools (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.). - Basic understanding of UI/UX and landing page optimization.What Gintaa Offers- Opportunity to own and grow the organic search function of a high-growth food-delivery platform. - High-impact role with strong cross-functional collaboration. - Fast-paced, innovative work culture with room for experimentation.
