Role Description — Accountant (Real Estate Sector)This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Accountant will oversee daily financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial systems. The role requires strong knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance processes. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments. Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings relevant to the real estate sector. Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal departments for billing, invoicing, and payment tracking. Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and support audits. Ensure compliance with RERA, accounting standards, and internal policies. Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in accounting — preferably in the real estate or property sector. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting/ERP software. Sound understanding of real estate accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Relevant certifications such as CA (Inter), CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.
