Qualifications :
- MBA Finance / CFAs with tech / Digital / Analytics background.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in tech / Digital / Analytics background, financial planning & consulting, or project management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Digital / Analytics background, financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally in a consulting or finance environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI and its application in finance is a plus but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-driven financial tools and software.
- Certifications in FP&A, Project Management (PMP), or relevant fields.
