We do this through technology first curriculum, project-based learning, and career-focused personal development, wherein we have 14 active cohorts running with 2500 learners getting upskilled.


About the Role:-

We are looking for passionate and experienced interior designers to join our team as we embark on the journey to build the interior design leaders of tomorrow. As a mentor to young interior design professionals, you will play a key role in arming them with technical skills that will help them accelerate their career growth, whether in a job, or as a studio owner/freelancer. You will guide learners over a six month program on technical skills. If you are ready to share your expertise, this role is an opportunity to make a real impact, mentor future industry leaders, and be part of a revolution in design education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to young design professionals throughout the six-month course.
  • Assist learners in understanding design principles and software tools such as AutoCAD and plugins, AutoCAD, YQArch plugin, SketchUp, Sketchup Add-ons - 1001 Bit tools, FFD extension etc., Bluebeam, ACC, and Photoshop, Rendering Software
  • Routinely assess learner’s progress through answering their questions, grading their assignments, and nudging them to improve their skills
  • Empowering learners with industry insights, career advice, and tips and tricks that help them stand out among the competition
  • Help learners complete excel in their in-course projects


Requirements:

  • Strong practical knowledge of AutoCAD and plugins, AutoCAD YQArch plugin, SketchUp, Sketchup Add-ons - 1001 Bit tools, FFD extension etc., Bluebeam, ACC, and Photoshop, Rendering Software
  • Exceptional confidence, communication and mentoring skills
  • A deep passion to teach educate, and support young professionals
  • Ability to dedicate 8-12 hours per week to guide learners
  • Commitment to join three sessions weekly of 1.5 to 2 hours, outside of work hours
  • Prior experience of a minimum of 1.5 Years in interior design - implementing tools and workflows, to complete interior design projects of different scale across residential, commercial, and hospitality Sector
