Creative Manager

Job responsibilities:-

Creative Direction: Provide creative strategic direction and coordination to the branding team and creative team in global head-quarter and India.

Conceptualization: Collaborate with the HQ Branding & Marketing Team and India local creative team to develop, enhance and refine the creative concept and process, from concept development to final execution.

Design Development: Oversee end-to-end design, shooting process, ensuring high quality marketing content deliverable. Mainly video content.

Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between China HQ Branding & Marketing Team and local India marketing team, understanding their needs, provide guidance and facilitate a collaborative and productive work environment.

Budget & Timeline Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards for creative output, ensuring all that deliverable align with company’s brand and quality guidelines.

Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Head of Creative in HQ on project status, resource utilization and any potential challenges or opportunities for improvement.


Job requirements:-

Fluent communication in Chinese and English, and English copy-writing ability, those with overseas work/life experience are preferred.

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences from advertising agency, film production company or content marketing department from a multinational brand.

Candidate must at least possess a Bachelor degree in any related field.

Excellent creative planning skills, strong proposal and communication skills, strong expressiveness, appeal and persuasion.

Excellent project management skills, strong execution ability, serious and responsible work, and willing to delve into new technologies and methods.

A proactive mindset, capable of identifying and addressing potential roadblocks in the creative process.

Annual salary package of up to 600k RMB 600,000(open for negotiation).

Annual leave of 7-11 days, based in Shenzhen.

Up to 30 days of leave to return to hometown (open for discussion).

Flight reimbursement to India, up to 4 times a year.
