Job Title: Junior Art Director / Visualiser


Location: Salt Lake, Sector 1


Are you a budding creative with a passion for design and visual storytelling? Do you have a keen eye for aesthetics, a love for concept development, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life? We’re looking for a Junior Art Director/Visualiser to join our dynamic creative team


As a Junior Art Director, you will work alongside our Senior Art Directors and Creative Directors, assisting in the conceptualisation and execution of engaging visual content. This role offers you the chance to grow, learn, and make an impact in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities


Ideation

  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for various campaigns across digital, print, and social media.
  • Support the Senior Art Director in visualizing ideas and translating client briefs into visually stunning designs.


Execution

  • Create visually appealing assets for digital platforms, including social media, websites, display ads, and email marketing.
  • Design print materials like brochures, posters, flyers, and banners, ensuring brand consistency and high visual standards.
  • Develop storyboards, mockups, and visual presentations to communicate ideas effectively.


Collaboration

  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other members of the creative team to produce cohesive, engaging campaigns.
  • Take feedback constructively and make revisions to designs as needed, while learning from senior creatives.


Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure fresh, innovative work.
  • Experiment with different design styles and bring creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.


Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of generative AI tools and emerging design technologies is an advantage.


Consistency

  • Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to maintain a fresh, distinctive brand voice.
  • Ensure that all visual elements are aligned with the client’s brand identity and overall campaign objectives.


Qualifications

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an ad agency or creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of digital and print work.
  • Passion for creativity, a strong sense of visual aesthetics, and an eagerness to learn.
