Technical Consultant : 8-12 years of experience implementing or consulting on Temenos or large banking software solutions, especially in securities/treasury/back-office domains. Developer : 3-5 years of hands-on development experience (preferably in Java, Temenos frameworks, legacy to modern migration etc) working within Temenos or equivalent banking platforms.Required Skills & Competencies Strong domain knowledge in one or more of the following: Securities (equities, fixed income, custody, settlement, corporate actions), FX / Money Markets, Back-Office operations. Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Temenos Transact platform (formerly T24) including its securities module, treasury module, APIs, micro-services architecture.Temenos+3Temenos+3Temenos+3 Understanding of the technical framework such as TAFJ (Temenos Application Framework for Java) and migration concepts from legacy frameworks. (Training packs confirm modules such as “Transact TAFC-TAFJ Migration” exist)Temenos+1 Proven ability to work with business users, translate requirements into functional/technical specifications, and manage end-to-end module delivery. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, problem solving, and ability to work in a team and under delivery pressure. For developer roles: strong programming skills, ability to work in Temenos technical environment, customizing modules, integrations, parameterization. Preferred: experience working in banking/wealth/asset management context, exposure to back-office operations, securities lifecycle, corporate actions, settlement workflows
