The ideal candidate must havestrong subject command , excellent classroom delivery skills, and a passion for mentoring students for competitive excellence.Teach Chemistry to students ofFoundation batches (Grades 6–10)andIIT-JEE/NEET batches (Grades 11–12) . Prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the institute’s academic framework. Deliver highly engaging, concept-driven classes to help students build strong fundamentals and competitive exam readiness. Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and periodic assessments. Track academic progress of students and provide feedback for improvement. Develop study materials, practice sheets, and test papers for better learning outcomes. Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment inside the classroom. Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in regular faculty meetings.Required Skills & Competencies Strong command over Chemistry(Physical, Organic & Inorganic). Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding. Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students for competitive examinations. Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an added advantage.Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experiencein Foundation and competitive exam preparation. IIT/NIT graduatesmay apply withminimum 1 year of experience . Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes preferred.
