Position: Business Finance RepresentativeLocation: New Delhi Industry: IT Experience Required: 5+ YearsJob Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Finance Analyst/Manager to support the Cloud Business Unit at Team Computers. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the financial performance of the Cloud business through data-driven insights, financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring financial alignment with growth and profitability goals across cloud services, solutions, and partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Partner with the Cloud business team to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans. Provide detailed cost and financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing, and business expansion. Track and monitor key business and financial metrics — revenue, margins, utilization, and cost efficiency. Build and maintain financial models for evaluating cloud projects, ROI, and business scenarios. Conduct variance analysis of actuals vs. forecasts/budgets and recommend corrective actions. Support pricing strategy, cost optimization, and investment decisions for cloud offerings (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.). Collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Prepare management dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations for leadership reviews. Drive process improvements and enhance automation in reporting and analytics for the Cloud business.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA/CFA preferred for managerial level. 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Finance, preferably within a cloud, IT services, or technology business. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of P&L management. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP/financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Anaplan). Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
