As a Spanish-Speaking Care Navigator, you will be the trusted guide for Spanish-speaking seniors in the U.S., helping them navigate their healthcare journey with clarity and care.

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Assist seniors with scheduling appointments and coordinating care
  • Provide support and resolve inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations while delivering accurate information
  • Document patient interactions and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes

The Skills That Set You Apart

Must-Have:

Fluency in Spanish (Level B2 and above preferred )

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and patience

Ability to simplify complex healthcare processes for seniors

Attention to detail in documenting patient interactions

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach

Nice to Have:

Experience in healthcare call centers, telehealth, or a medical background

Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, or U.S. healthcare programs

Hands-on experience with healthcare CRM or patient engagement platforms
