Title: Chief of Staff (Head PMO)Skills: Heading PMO team, Margins, Allocations & ReportingExperience: 16+ yearsLocation: Greater NoidaWe at Coforge are hiring a Chief of Staff (Head PMO) with the following skillset:Key Deliverables:- Serve as a key advisor to the CDO, offering data - driven insights with recommendations on delivery strategy to manage on - the - ground challenges.- Drive workstreams aligned to key strategic priorities of the CDO and delivery organization.- Assist with decision - making processes by ensuring communication cascade across the delivery organization with respect to goals, expected metrics & laid down templates to track progress- Ensure effective collaboration & communication across departments including leading cross - functional projects in close conjunction with Finance and Talent Deployment teams.- Collaborate with Delivery Heads to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, productivity increases & improvements in service delivery.- Manage executive meetings ensuring efficient preparation, follow - up on action items & alignment with business goals.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress towards strategic objectives.- Provide regular performance reports to leadership with recommendations for continuous improvement.Job Requirements:- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capability (top B-school background).- 16 - 20 years of experience.- Proven experience in senior leadership with prior experience in handling delivery units or leading projects within IT services organisation.- Strong communication & articulation skills.- Expertise in managing complex projects and ensuring successful execution in alignment with business goals.
